| 2008/2009 Auditions We are still looking for a couple more to try out for Innovations. I am very excited about the new staff I have added for this year. I am even more excited about those that have decided to tryout for this year. There is so much talent coming this way. Please contact me soon if you would like to tryout. We will be having a car wash in August and I will give you information about tryouts here. Innovations Winter Guard is a Non-Profit Independent winter guard in the Kansas City Area. Member ages range from 16-22 and they come from all over the Kansas City Area. All members must have previous guard experience.
